I think I've finally decided on my favorite Subway sandwich (after all these years), if you ever want to bring me one. The recipe:
Roast Beef on Italian bread
Pepper Jack cheese
Lettuce
Tomato
Pickles
Green Peppers
Light Mayo (NO MUSTARD)
Pretty simple, I guess. But it's just right for me.
